The following are a set of terms and conditions that relate to our online shopping facility. They form a legally binding contract between us, Spillstore, an online trading name of Clearspill Ltd, and you The Customer.  It is very important that you have read through and fully agree with all of the conditions before placing your order.


Our sole interest in this site is to supply customers with the product they require, we therefore do not disclose any information supplied to us by you to any third parties.  All information is collected for the purpose of Invoicing and Delivery. By using this website for online purchasing you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website and we will communicate with you generally via email or telephone regarding your order.


The prices given on this site are valid only for online sales and reflect the low administration costs of such transactions. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. You will be invoiced using the prices given at the time of your order and will be advised if any additional costs are necessary to complete your order. While every effort is made to ensure you receive the exact product as shown on our site, we do reserve the right to supply you with a different product of the similar specification and quality if necessary.


Credit/Debit Cards: Goods will be despatched only when authorisation has been given for full payment by your card issuer.

In the event of any payment failure, you will be notified via e-mail or telephone and asked to provide an alternative method of payment before any goods are despatched.


Our objective is to operate a two/three working day despatch service.


When you receive your order it is essential that you check thoroughly for damage before signing for the goods. If you sign for goods as “received in good condition” and later discover that they are damaged, we cannot process a claim through our carrier.


Payments are powered by Secpay which means that they are not taken on this website, but instead on Secpay’s secure site.  You can view the details of their Secure Certificate by double clicking on the padlock icon in the browser window once you proceed to checkout.

Returned goods policy and procedure:

Within 7 days of receipt of your order or 7 days receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) from the Spillstore site, you may return it for a full or part refund. Please note: Non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund.

Spillstore has the right to refuse the return of non-faulty goods that are not in pristine condition, or are outside the warranty period. Items returned more than 28 days after delivery, or items in an unsaleable condition, or items missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. We regret we cannot accept items returned after 60 days unless they are returned under a warrantee agreement.

Any complaints will be taken very seriously and we will make every effort to remedy the cause of such a complaint. If you have any complaints please contact us via e-mail sales@spillstore.co.uk, showing the Subject Header: Complaints.

When you fill in these forms, you need to complete certain fields (some are required and some are optional). We use this information to fulfil your orders or provide a quotation and we do not sell this data to third parties.
